The QUADIC project has continued presenting the work packages

During the QUADIC project workshop, three packages were discussed from 18 participant institutions that are part of the Project, have discussed and presented the action plan.

In the meantime, the Rector of “Fan S Noli” University from Korca, Prof. Dr. Ali Jashari has paid a visit to UKZ.  He was hosted by the Secretary-General of “Kadri Zeka” University, Vaxhid Sadriu, and Professor Bahtijar Kryeziu.

While the QUADIC project workshop continued with its activity, the 5th package was presented that has been up for discussion the training for management and teaching staff in project writing; training for management and academic staff in international relations and mobilities: training of administrative staff in managing student and staff mobilities. The project partners have agreed to include students as much as possible when having mobility activities, whenever there is important to include them, in which case they will increase the value of outputs.

The work package 6 includes the Development of IC/PM Strategy. The Project Steering Committee members, Project management, and 1-2 responsible staff from the member institutions will convene regionally in two workshops to work on the IC / PM vision, mission, and strategies. strategies. In these events, participants will agree on joint initiatives, joint project proposals for EU funding, strategies for international cooperation, potential joint programs regionally and internationally, facilitation of mutual recognition of credits, new partnerships, innovative and best practices in the internationalization of higher education and project management, and so on.

The package 7 has to do with the HEI Association Establishment – Establishment of cooperation between project partners as well as within partners’ network. Also during this package was discussed about the development of mechanisms for active education and scientific exchanges between consortium partners, with agreed tools of coordination/communication, networking. Organizing workshops on human resources, Infrastructure and use of Tech; IRO status within universities; IRO links with various organizations.
