Workshops on the QATEK project were held at UKZ

Rector of the University “Kadri Zeka” in Gjilan, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Bajram Kosumi, as Project Manager of Erasmus + Project QATEK, “Towards a quality oriented system for primary education to increase the professionalism of teachers in Kosovo-QATEK”, received in a meeting the Coordinator of this project, Prof. Blerim Saqipi, Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Prishtina. In this meeting was discussed the progress of the project, the implementation of works and documents that will be compiled.

The next meeting was held with the working group of UKZ: Prof. Assoc. Dr. Dukagjin Leka, Vice Rector for International Cooperation, Prof. Ass. Dr. Bashkim Dalipi, Vice Dean at the Faculty of Education, Fitore Malaj, Director of the Office for Academic Development and Quality and Luljete Berisha, Foreign Relations Officer at UKZ. In this meeting was discussed in detail about the quality assurance instruments.

Project “Towards a quality oriented system for primary education to increase the professionalism of teachers in Kosovo-QATEK”, aims to build quality assurance mechanisms in the preparation of new teachers.

The QATEK project is funded by the European Union funds of the ERASMUS + program and is worth about 1 million euros.
